Jordan

Jordan is an upright growing variety of Japanese maple. It leafs out brilliant yellow with its unique 9-11 lobed leaves. This cultivar has extra showy red samaras to contrast the yellow leaves each spring after it flowers. Jordan will fade slightly during the summer, to a more chartreuse color before turning orange and red tones in the fall, sometimes in the same leaf. Jordan is an excellent tree for a small garden or container. This is Ryan's favorite tree!

All of our Jordans will arrive potted and will be at least 30" tall.

• Zone 5-11 (/more shade required the higher the zone)
• In general, we recommend all-day dappled shade or full afternoon shade for most Japanese Maples.
• Mature height can reach 12'
• Jordan was named after Fratelli Gilardelli’s son Jordan and discovered in Milan, Italy.
